Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Why not? I think couchsurfing is a great way for the world to be a little bit friendlier and more open, to really dive right into a culture when you arrive in a new place - but also a way to pay the favour forward to others. I love that couchsurfing builds trust in others.
Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite music right now: I'm liking Rex Orange County's new album. Favourite movie: Sour Grapes. Good doco I just watched on Netflix on counterfeit wines. Favourite book: The most recent books I've read and loved have all been John Grisham.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Solo travel in Europe back when I was seventeen! Looking back, it seems a little crazy. But it sure was an amazing time of freedom and pure happiness.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a couple of different languages! I'm also pretty good with a camera, so I'm happy to give pointers there. People tell me I'm pretty good at finding cheap flights, too. I'd love to learn more German. My girlfriend is quite good with it and I want to catch up to her!
What I Can Share With Hosts
A lot of stories and smiles! I'm more than happy to give of my time and help out around the place in whatever way I can. Always keen to take my host out for a meal as I love discovering good eats and local brews wherever I go.
