About Me

ABOUT ME:

I like to think I’m rather easy-going and open-minded girl. I might not be the most talkative person when meeting new people, and sometimes I’m too tense when talking with someone for the first time. But given some time, I become very loyal to my friends, because they are one of the best things that can happen in our lives. When spending time with people I know and like, I’m usually very chatty and (I hope so) funny ;)

PHILOSOPHY

The future starts today, not tomorrow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:

So far I’ve surfed a few times, but it was with friends who had CS accounts and organized everything.
Now I decided to try CS by myself. I have hosted some people in a ‘friend-of-a-friend’ manner, and I surfed this way few times as well. I really liked my experiences so far, so I’m looking forward to making more good memories with CS:)

Interests

I’m a sports fan, it runs in my family. Maybe slightly odd for a girl, I’m really into football, other than that I especially like volleyball and ski jumping, but I watch/follow also some other sports.
I’m studying biotechnology, and as nerdy as that might sound, I find it quite interesting:)

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS: The Surgeon, Simon Beckett's books, Harlan Coben's books,

MOVIES: I don't have my favourite movie but I really like comedies :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve seen my own DNA. Not in any microscope, but with my naked eye, obtained in a DIY way during lab classes. Also I’ve seen few interesting football games live and it was pretty cool. I’ve seen Spanish NT, Chelsea and most importantly Real Madrid, which is totally my favourite team! The travelling for the games was a nice addition, as well :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m really looking forward to meeting new interesting people from all over the world. It’s hard to say what I can teach and what I’d like to learn, because I believe that with every person that would be a different thing. I definitely would like to improve my conversational English, but I think that is just a by-product of all the awesome things that CS brings to travelling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories, my emotions and my laughter. And some Polish food as a souvenir ;)
