I like travelling around the world. This is my hobby.
I attend and organize biketrips. I have visited over 40 countries in the past years. I like meeting people on the road and discover different cultures. While I love travelling my true passion lays with travelling on two wheels. By cycling you see the countries in a different perspective. Allowes you to meet the everyday people and really get to know small towns and villages on the way which you would miss if you travel by car. When people see you on the road with your bike and a small bag which also contains your tent, people also open up to you in a different way, conversations strike up immediately. Where sometimes would be just a simple exchange of money for food the next thing you know you are enjoying a drink and an amazing conversation with the locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I woud like to share my flat with travellers like minded peope. I'm member of warmshowers group as well. I think paying for hotel is a rip off.
