About Me

ABOUT ME

We are a family of four persons. Martin is an engineer in Linköping, I am teaching languages at the local high school, Calle is twelve and likes archery and Märta is nine and enjoys gymnastics, swimming and music. We live in a small house with a large garden in a small town in Östergötland. The nature is beautful with a small lake, a channel, old buildings and a lot of recreational possibilities close by (fishing, swimming, countryside skiing, golf, football).

PHILOSOPHY

We have got legs to keep moving.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far we have not planned anything but we would hope to start out with hosting people. We have a guest room with two beds and the possibility of two extra matrasses. There is a toilet next to the guest room but only one shower upstairs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, on this website, but we have hosted people from different parts of the world (Kenya, Argentina, the USA, Great Britain) through other organizantions.

Interests

Travel and languages are common interests in the family. Me and the children also enjoy swimming and Martin and the children are in to natural sciences. Martin and Calle are interested in archery and we all go to some of their events. We have family and friends in different parts of Sweden and the world and we enjoy havning them here as well as visiting them.

Music, Movies, and Books

We all like fantasy and Martin and I read a lot of different kind of books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing we have done is a trip to Tanzania and the most amazing thing we have seen is the African wildernis.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach and hope to learn more languages.
