About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To find a new way to contribute to the society's improvement, and meanwhile to have fun and meet new people !
ABOUT ME
Hi there ! Who am I ? Whaohhh... I'm a 30-year-old girl, searching for many things at the time. And to begin with : a new job. I've been working as a HR/management consultant for six years, especially tackling discrimination and promoting diversity management. Some time enough to make me want more diversity in my living-room !
Now I'm looking for another way to contribute to a social progress ; maybe something more creative ?
Meeting new people, coming from abroad, is to my point of view a very good way to get new ideas, to widen the horizons. And it's also a good way to travel without leaving your flat when the times become harder !
New job, new ideas, new friends, new horizons are not the only things I'm searching. I'm also searching for time to do and read all the things I'd like to do and read, for the will to push the door of a theatre/photography/writing course, for the best way to avoid a huge family party this summer, for a nice and quiet place by the ocean to have rest... I'd be happy to continue the list and compare with yours if you're in the neighbourhood !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted people from : Canada, Australia, USA, Taïwan, Poland, Germany - list to be continued -
I enjoyed with my Surfers wonderful breakfasts, meals, bike rides in Paris, concerts...
And I greatly surfed in Porto, Portugal !
Interests
You'll may find it weird, but I love having breakfast. I reckon it's the best time of the day. Breakfasts in Paris are not bad, especially when you can have them with friends (it often becomes a "brunch"). But breakfasts in Berlin are some of the best things on Earth according to me.
I hope I'll have the pleasure to have breakfast with you soon ! By the way, I like teatime as well (especially with a piece of cake !)...
But don't worry, I'm not having breakfast the whole day long. I'm also interested in music, architecture, photography, cinema, or radio for example. And I enjoy understanding how hidden things work (for example in factories, behind the scene of a theatre, under the streets of a town, etc.).
I'm a rather quiet girl, so if you're looking for someone able to guide you through the mysteries of Parisian nights, you might have done the wrong choice ! Neither am I a fashionista able to help with trendy shopping. But if you're looking for advice about typical -but unknown- places to see in Paris, nice tea rooms, how to attend a radio broadcasting, where to find biological food, current exhibitions, I may be the one !
