About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Grow via work and play, with family, friends and friends we haven't yet met.
ABOUT ME
Love the rural life, but need to be somewhat close to the urban environment for some of my work. We're close to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and of course the big lake Pend Oreille in the panhandle. I've skied Schweitzer nearly all my life, and so does most of my family. We're avid outdoor people, raise horses and mules, and also raise field-trial labradors and compete there as well. We live on a small farm, 20 acres, 25 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, ID and about 30 minutes east of Spokane, WA. More to do here than most people can think of.
PHILOSOPHY
It really is what it is, stay open to what makes it better. There's only one direction to go: either toward the light-or away from it. Choose to be happy, talk to strangers, keep your eyes open and your head up, live your goals to the best of your ability. Be true to your word. No regrets.
Interests
Relaxing on the place: either at the Lake Creek farm or at Kilroy Bay. We are both avid readers. We train and show Labradors. We love camping in the wilderness of Idaho. We do some fishing, Tim hunts waterfowl and big game for our table (he's the most ethical hunter I know). I ride horses more than Tim, now. We like our yard, I like to garden. We love sitting on the porch in the summer listening to the creek right out front, no worries. Oh, did I say we're crazy about our 5.75 year old grandson, Riley? True, he's a card.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many books, not enough time.
Like popular music, classical music, Tim likes some country and most other music, too. No rap, no hip-hop. Like music from other cultures. We like movies in drama, westerns, romantic comedy, independent films. We try to go to the Banff Film Festival here every year-that's super cool.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first time Tim took me to see the Copper Basin near Ketchum, Idaho.
When I went to Woolaroc near Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Frank Phillip's museum of western art left me awed.
Every time Lake Pend Oreille turns neon pink at dawn or sunset.
