Aussie(Male)/British(Female) couple living in our apartment on the lake here in Canada (BC - Whistler- Creekside) I couch surfed around Europe during my uni days and met fantastic hosts. My father and I hosted a few times at our family home in Brisbane too. Now many years later, I am considering some travel to Columbia with my girlfriend so we thought we would host a few people in our place here in Whistler to build some host Karma up should we couch surf when we are abroad next. One Amazing Thing I've Done
I spent a few weeks snowboarding the Tien Shan range of Kyrgyzstan a few years ago. Interesting country. AMAZING snowboard potential. Also, I once saw an ant move an entire piece of bread with his mates. It was pretty freakin awesome.
