Hi!
My name is Alex Tienda, I am a Travel Filmmaker-Blogger and Pilot, I do content for the internet and tv.

I started travelling by myself when I was 17 in a trip I made from San Diego to Miami with a one way bus ticket and 20 dollars in my pocket... It was FRIGHTENING!! but I managed to survive and then I loved it! :P haha

Since then, I became addicted to travelling and after winning a contest with a Mexican airline, I had the opportunity to fly as many times as I wanted, to any of their destination, during a whole year... FOR FREE!!!

As crazy as it sounds, I made more that 250 flights on that year... Then one thing led to another and to make a long story short (I can tell you the details in person), I work now as a travel filmmaker and I live travelling the world and sharing my experiences with my lovely, loyal fans :)

I am currently backpacking through Europe and shooting videos for my youtube channel. My videos are mostly about my trips with a touch of comedy, If you want to give them a look, search for "Alex Tienda" on youtube.

I also work creating marketing and video campaigns for brands and sponsors like Pepsi, Jack Daniels, Disneyland, Aeromexico, Bud Light, Nokia, among others :)

A little bit more about myself...
I'm a happy young guy who usually spends his life entertaining others, I enjoy making people laugh and/or inspiring them to do the things I do like travelling, playing drums, flying planes, etc..

Mi primer viaje de mochilazo lo hice a los 17, me fui con 20 dlls en la bolsa y solo un boleto de ida en autobus desde San Diego Ca. hasta Miami... fue dificil pues tuve que dormir en las calles y no comi por 5 dias hasta que alguien en miami se apiado de mi y me dio asilo jaja.. me dieron de comer y despues conoci a una argentina que me compro mi boleto de avion de regreso a casa =) ..

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

ganar a todo concurso al que me inscribo, tener un avion de una aerolinea con mi nombre y viajar en avion las veces que quiera sin pagar un solo centavo.. tener un avion a mi disposicion para ir a desayunar a guadalajara, cruzar el pais, ir a nadar a cancun y en la noche regresar a mi casa en Tijuana a dormir. una gran experiencia!
