ABOUT ME

Currently starting my teaching career which is going well. Spening a lot of time trying to get my head around a million things.

In terms of personality i'd say i'm pretty relaxed and easy going and tend to try and slot into a group rather than to stay away or try and dominate it. I quite like doing random things which generally are quite weird at the time but make great stories. Just come back from a random trip to Denmark and ended up staying up all night, missing our bus (we were right at the stop but for some reason either it didn't come or we missed it, not sure) and then realised there were no other buses or trains. Fortunately when we checked mitfahrgelegenheit there was a ride leaving in 30 minutes from where we were to where we needed to get! Anyway thats not really about me.

Not really too big on Politics, Football and those sorts of bigger topics but prefer talking about randomly stupid stuff or things a bit more personal.

PHILOSOPHY

Trying to live by a few books at the moment which i list below:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think naturally for a lot of people, i've found it whilst considering options for travelling. It makes so much sense. I'm still struggling with the concept of take, take, take but always try to do something or bring a personal gift of some sort. When I get a bit more settled, I would have no hesitation to make couchsurfing a bigger part of my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Currently just a couple of random surfs. I've not been in a position to host as yet, but it's always a consideration to coach surf on trips. As soon as I can, I would like to return the gratitute of the different hosts I've had.

Interests

Ultimate Frisbee, Travelling, Photography & German/Germany. Quite simple really! There are others but those are my main ones at the moment, check my favourite photos on my pictures.

Also after a spur of the moment purchase read the most amazing book i have ever read. The Power of Now. I think i`m a bit brainwashed by it if i get the chance to talk about it, but in a good way! Love to have a conversation about it.

My all time favourite and i'm so proud of this, i spent my 21st birthday in McDonalds sat on a (very small) toad stool and had a childrens party, complete with sleeping lions, happy meals and a cake!

I have many stories, many stupid stories as well that may occasionally come out, i don't want to ruin then by talking to a keyboard!
