Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my 20's I bicycled from Michigan to maine via Canada. We camped in many a yard along the way and met some wonderful people.

Interests

all kinds of music, writing, history, teaching, homeschooling, politics, sustainable living, NonViolent Communication, organic gardening, community organizing, hiking, Continuum, edible wild mushrooms, and I troubleshoot and repair Macs and PCs.

Musical interests range widely. Particular favorites: fidde music, especially old time, Irish, other local varieties. Shape note/Sacred harp. Assorted vocal harmony styles.
