ABOUT ME

I grew up in the US but moved to Québec when I was 18. I have twin sons (21 years old) and a daughter ( 9 years). I have been to Europe and South America, I hope to travel more now that my children are older. I like the idea of couch surfing because I think its a good way to really discover a country and make new friends. I'm funny and I love a good conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

I think waste is the root of all evil. Although I like nice things, I try to avoid useless consumerism recycle as much as possible. "Buy only what you need and use all you buy." I'm also trying to live my life as fully as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No official couch surfing experience but I often took people into my home when I was single, particularly newly arrived refugees to Québec and I have always enjoyed opening my home to friends and friends of friends going through town.

Interests

I love dancing and music, particularly the blues and old motown tunes. I enjoy walking and motorcycling. I love traveling but have been busy for too many years trying to raise a family and have a job so I have not traveled as much as I would have liked to. My dream is to go to Africa.
