CURRENT MISSION

I have a documentary photography project called The Road Provides (https://www.instagram.com/theroadprovides). Through photos and stories I struggle to counteract the dangerous effect of the fear to the unknown, reducing intolerance and challenging xenophobia and racism.

ABOUT ME

I live between Taiwan and Spain while I study my PhD in National Chiao Tung University, in Taiwan. I have travelled to 94 different nations and have been on the move for the most part since 2011.

Looking at the gas crater of Turkenistan, in the middle of the desert, after fighting to get a lift there.

I was robbed in French Guyana, left without a single euro, credit card or even passport... I had to ask even for food during the 3 days that it took me to get back to Spain.

Living the Muhorram in Iran, the most important religious ceremony in that country, surrounded by nice Iranian people letting me experience and participe in their culture

Climbing alone, in the middle of nowhere, till the top of a "volcano" throwing up acid steam in Iceland.

Walking at 2am alone in an unknown suburb of Chicago looking for my host's house. Some dangerous guys threatened me!

Parachute jumping in France with a crazy wind and heavy load, while I was in the army

I have been stage actor; musician in 2 rock bands; barman at discos; paratrooper for 2 years; international buyer for a clothing company en India and Pakistan; showman, actor and English teacher (or all at the same time) in China

Go up to the Everest Base Camp feeling like shit, spending the night there just wishing the morning to come and go down again :)
