Overview
About Me
I'm going on an adventure !
I'll start with the USA, then Japan, and if I can some countries from South Asia. I don't really know which one yet. I'd like to visit Laos, Cambogia, Thailand, Malaisia and Indonesia, so we'll see !
Basically, I'm an awkward french girl who wants to discover the world !
I just arrived in Japan, and I'll stay here for several months. I'm looking to meet people in the area!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really love to meet people when I travel, I think it's the best way to really discover other cultures. Couchsurfing is a really interesting concept, because I'll be able to learn a lot about the countries and cities I'll be visiting. And it's funnier and nicer to spend time with people rather than sleep in an hotel !
Interests
I love a lot of things :
-> Cultural heritage (I do have a master degree on archaeometry after all).
-> Writing and taking photographies.
-> Learn new things about foreign cultures.
-> TV shows (have you seen Agent Carter ? Have you ??).
-> Dancing (I'm the awkward type, but hey ! I try !).
-> Fantasy worlds (give me the Lord of the Rings or the Avengers and I'll be happy).
-> Eating cookies.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music : I don't really like one artist in particular, but I have a lot of favorites very different from one another. I can switch from Kiss to Imagine Dragons to Vivaldi in less than a minute !
Films : I really love fun and action movies. Pacific Rim, Marvel, Batman, the Lord of the Rings, Sherlock Holmes and... The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Some musicals too, like Chicago !
Books : Harry Potter have a sentimental value. But if you forget this one, my favorite books change each time I read new ones. I love mystery books like Conan Doyle and Agatha Christie and Good Omens is in my top 10. That's all I can say !
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did several cool stuff, but I think the most interesting was when I did my internship in the National Museum of Asian Art in Paris, to study the Japanese swords. It was just awesome to work in the storerooms where nobody can go, and manipulate swords nobody can see ! And I got to meet fascinating people !
I learnt history of art and archaeometry in college, so I was really impressed by that !
Teach, Learn, Share
I really love to discover new kind of cooking, so I'd love to exchange recipes !
I can talk to you about the French culture (I swear, we're not just bread eater grouchy people !).
I'd love to learn about your city, or anything you want to share with me, really !
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can do the cooking and the dishes !
