ABOUT ME

A curious, careful, laid back kind of man with an open mind at the age of 25 who lives in the heart of Denmark, Copenhagen.

I never sleep my days away as I´m mostly on the road. Playing with my band, visiting friends, running, cooking or working is just few things I spend my weeks on.

I sound like a busy man but I´m flexible with my time and also remember to relax, for example with a book in the couch or just being in the present moment.

PHILOSOPHY

It´s not important what other think you should do but it´s really important what you think you really want. In a world with a lot of expectations and "printed rules" of what we should do, it can be tough to do something apart from what society expects of us.

I recommend to build up a strong network of people who can help with your ambitions and dreams. People who already are in a area you want to be a part of. It might take a lot of effort and time to just reached a bit of a goal (I know it from myself) and that´s a part of the journey. Most important, always feel your intuition and listen what it wants to tell you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is a new landscape to me but I´m ready to make it a part of my life. I haven´t tried surfing for other couches yet but soon I will.

Interessen

Being creative, healthy and social.

Music is my biggest interest. It has always been a part of my life since I started playing the flute when I was a child. Later I had period where I played the violin until I finally found myself in the guitar nine years ago.

Today I still play the guitar, mostly in a band where we play old school funk and soul. Really party music with grooves and beats.

I´ve just reached a point in my life where I need to do something else with the music. Few months ago I started playing percussion and find it really exciting. It takes me to a higher ground.

Sometimes I like going out partying in the night but preferring private parties.

I listen to almost everything.

Movies - I could easily make a movie list of several pages but here´s a excerpt:

I especially love director Quentin Tarantino. His macabre and crazy way of filmmaking is just my cop of tea. Christopher Nolan do also make some nice movies. Batman Trilogy, Inception and Interstellar are just few to mention.

Otherwise, I´m a big fan of James Bond. Always love to watch 007 completing a dangerous mission with gadgets fighting against villains trying to dominate the world.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I like adventures and exploring the unknown. Therefore I signed in as a trainee on the Training Ship DANMARK back in 2013, where I spend three months at sea. Sailing around Europe, sleeping in a swinging hammock, scrubbing the deck, setting sails in the rig or watching dolphins swimming by. Living on limited space with 80 other trainees and 15 crew members and often with sleep deprivation. A real lifetime experience.
