Disclaimer: This profile was written when I was young and full of hope! I'm still young, still have some hope, but somewhat less idealistic. Its a little embarrassing but reminds me to not be a cynical 'adult', so I'm gonna leave it as is...

I want to meet many, learn much, see, experience! Always trying to live generously, honestly, and openly. I am pretty laid back and sometimes quiet (not much of a partier or night owl) but I'm very social and always wanting to try new things. Love kids and animals and all that stuff, not a smoker but don't mind being around smokers, like to keep busy with projects and challenges.

Apart from obviously wanting to spend my pennies carefully, my experiences with help exchange, couch surfing, chance encounters, and leaps of faith as I travel along have lead me to some incredible places. I am so grateful when I think of the richness and the opportunities that strangers have brought into my life, connections that make my journey, and this BIG journey we are on together, so much more worth the while. I am a real believer in the power of generosity and inclusivity, and in the magic of trust. But I'm kind of preaching to the choir here ;)

Intereses

I am a singer and aspiring musician, as well as a gardener, cook, artist, handywoman, and definitely a traveler. I am very interested in organic food growing, sustainable living practices, small economies, traditional and appropriate technologies, regenerative farming, native animals and plants, wild clean food. Dance, music, percussion, circus, aerobatics, skills of all kinds, handicrafts, woodwork, metalwork, toolmaking, automotive mechanics, pottery, and far too many things really. Also what are YOU interested in, because I am interested in knowing about it.

I drove a barely operational 1983 landcruiser through the red center of Australia, one of the most remote and hostile part of the world I have every been to. It was an exercise in self sufficiency and trust, and what I found was anything but hostile. It was wild and clean and colorful and transformative.

Well, thats one thing.
