I've worked 30 years for the "others" and now I work just for myself, enjoying the freedom and the contact with the people. I travelled by bicycle the entire Italy for months, a "long trip" in contact with the Nature and with it’s different kinds, discovering better my country, the people, the elements. Now that I discovered that i'm in love with this game I’ve decided to take a more challenging trip, this time from Bar Harbor to Key West (starting about 15 of July), and from there I’ll take a plane to collect my house in Santiago de Cuba. Amazing for a old man like me! In my experience I have known incredible and interesting people with which I compared and shared and I am thankful to all the people whom will help me in the future for my news trips. At the same time I offer my availability in Cuba. I am positive and I look for positive people, open minds, happy-go-lucky, with a history to tell, and I am happy to reciprocate this hospitality doing what it needs, cooking or performing small domestic jobs. I am a polite and absolutely discreet person and the style is for me a natural gift. These same things I desire from my guests. I have to precise that I live in Cuba big part of the year and is not easy for me to connect me to this site frequently, if I don't answer is not for rudeness but because the connection is baaaaaaaaaaaaad! Dopo 30 anni spesi lavorando per gli altri adesso sto lavorando per me stesso, godendomi la libertà e il contatto con le persone. Vivo a Santiago de Cuba e torno in Italia solamente durante il periodo estivo e solitamente viaggio per l'Italia in bicicletta. Grazie a Couchsurfing ho conosciuto persone fantastiche e allargato i miei orizzonti, condividendo esperienze che non avrei potuto vivere in altro modo. Sono una persona educata e discreta, pulita, con tante storie da raccontare. Preciso che vivo a Cuba gran parte dell'anno e di conseguenza non è facile per me connettermi a questo sito, se non rispondo a un vostro invito non è per maleducazione ma perchè proprio non ci sono! Diversamente sarò lieto di avere in casa mia ospiti garbati e rilassati. P.S.: ho dato una referenza negativa a una persona molto maleducata che forse pensava che questo fosse un sito di appuntamenti, e ne ho ricevuta una da una persona che si aspettava che io arrivassi a casa sua con un regalo (come a dovermi sdebitare!). Credo che entrambi gli episodi si commentino da soli.
