Overview
About Me
We are a family of five: mom, dad, big sister (7 years old) and twin boys (3 years old). As some of our friends would call us, we are the little U.N. Mom is from Brazil, dad from Argentina, big sister was born in Israel and little twins in New York. We love traveling because, well…that’s how we became a family! At home we speak four languages, we love cooking, music, movies and art. Since we travel quite a bit, we made friends around the world, so we are constantly hosting friends who come to visit New York. We love long road trips to cities and nature, our little ones see the world through their own eyes and we learn as we go to new places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We came across CouchSurfing recently and though this is perfect for us! We didn’t know there is a word to define what we love doing, but as it turns out, we have been CouchSurfing for over a decade. We host our friends, their families and our friend’s friends. Our dinner table is always full. We were excited to discover the CouchSurfing community, and since then our biggest wish is to be part of it.
Interests
We love the Long Island beaches and exploring New York City. We love free outdoor concerts and relaxed dinner with friends. Martin, as a good argentinean, enjoys BBQ and soccer. Yael would watch the World Cup, but only if Brazil is winning... She enjoy creating and sewing dresses for our little girl and also gardening.

Music, Movies, and Books
We just love music! Samba, bossa nova, latin american, tango, candombe and MPB. But also Rock, Alternative, Indie, electronic, chill out, experimental, progressive and rave. Up tempo songs are best for instant parties with the kids.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moving to new places it's alway a learning experience. Adapting to the local culture is a constant reset & transformation. Both of us moved a few times, within a country and overseas. Making good friends in every new place is definitely one of the amazing thing of our lives!
