My name is Alba and I'm from Barcelona (Spain). I'm a 20 year old student, I study International Relationships and cultural exchange is my passion so I am really excited about "living" the places I visit.

-Photography is my biggest hobbie, thus, when I travel I spend a lot of time flashing my camera around.

-I love to learn about new cultures and I always try to merge with the place I'm visiting.

-I enjoy a good book or movie and I'm up to going to any kind of festival or cultural activity in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

-My favourite music artists are: La Oreja de Van Gogh, Taylor Swift, Leiva, 5S0S, Green Day, Coldplay, Lana del Rey, Three Days Grace, all of the disney songs and classic music or movie soundtracks in general (I just love music in general).

-About books, I think "1984" and "Brave New World" are the best books ever. I also enjoy the Sherlock Holmes series and the Dan Brown books (always up for a mistery) and fantasy literature such as JK Rowling or JRR Tolkien.

-A few movies that are a must are: The Wolf of Wall Street, Les Miserables, Downfall, Letters from Iwo Jima, Memoirs of a Geisha, the Star Wars saga and the Lord of the Rings saga.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and I hope we can have some kind of food exchange, since food is probably the greatest thing about any culture.
Also I hope you can teach me about your country and culture and that you are willing to learn about mine :)
