Overview
About Me
I spend a lot of my time wandering out of doors, reading, drawing, sailing, hiking, running, walking, crawling, searching for mushrooms, working on boats, thinking about boats, tending my oysters, harvesting seaweed, petting other people's dogs, and being a witch.
I really like learning new skills and listening to people talk about what they are passionate about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've shared a lunch of armadillo with the chief of the Shuar tribe in the Amazon. I've scuba dived with 15' manta rays in Indonesia. Sailed on a tall ship through the Sargasso Sea, 100 miles offshore. Watched a little fawn try to climb into a canoe while paddling the Passegassawakeg in Maine. I spent the winter on a schooner in Cuba.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach children and adults how to sail.
I'm learning how to make medicine.
I share food.
I guess I don't really understand this part.
