Overview
About Me
I'm a casual and outgoing girl. I like to have long conversations and to learn about others experiences.
Biology is my thing, I love animals and I hope someday I can work in Africa, in an animal sanctuary or in a natural park.
I already worked in a Zoo, a crazy bar in Lagos and now I work in a catamaran. With all these experiences, I've learned to do many different things and a good thing: I got to be in touch with people from different parts of the world. And in my last job, I learned how to speak Spanish as well :p (but I'm not fluent).
I really like to cook and to eat!!! But not fancies things, I like the traditional Portuguese food aka grandma food :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's always fun to learn about other countries traditions. So why not to share my culture with someone? In return I want the same from you :).
Besides, it's very good to exchange knowledge and tips from the places we can visit in the future with other people.
Since I don't have many vacations from work, I will probably use couchsurfing more as a host than as a guest, that's why I still don't have many references as a guest.
Interests
I love animals, I love to cook and to eat!!! And I don't mind to offer you a Portuguese meal if you let me stay with you :)
Biodiversity and conservation of species are a passion to me.

- culture

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, I love music from '70s, '80s and '90s! Most of the times when I go out, I prefer to hear this than house music, but everything is fine, as long as I can dance :D. Blues is something that I recently felt in love with!
I like to watch a good comedy and I like to read biographies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most awesome thing that I have done was to do my degree internship at a Zoo and interact with some of the animals.
Also, seeing the sunset in Sagres and going to the Natural History Museum in London!
Since I'm a bit scared of the sea and I don't really like to swim, I felt amazing and proud of myself after I swam from the beach until the Benagil Cave (one of the most beautiful in the world).
Teach, Learn, Share
You have the control of your own life. So don't waste it and just try to enjoy the good things while you can.
P.s. - it's better to regret of the things that you've done than the things you haven't done.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with you Portuguese traditions and some good Portuguese meals.
I like to talk about everything and if you like conservation of species, then we will have a lot to talk about.
