Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would be a great way to see the country and work on my social skills( had a severe lack of social skills as a child and teenager but going to college has really opened me up quite abit but not all the way) by making new friends and hopefully new connections.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like anything that actually sounds good but most of my favorite songs are pre-90's ( didn't take an serious interest in music until i was 17). If i had to pick one band to listen to for the rest of my life, it would be Queen. I have no particularly favorite metal genre but i always been partial to rock and metal (but not hard thrasher metal, I'm talking 70's, 80's metal).
Don't have any particularly favorite movies. There are alot of movies that I really really like such Forrest Gump, 2001: an space odyssey, Escape From New York, The Thing and The Goonies (I loved all the gizmos that Data came up as a kid). Now that I think about it, the 80's was a really great decade for movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I went on a trip to the 4-corner states after countless hours of fundraising. One of the best things I've ever done with my life. The south western united states is one of the most beautiful places in the world and stole a bit of my heart which I had to leave behind when I went back home to the great white north.
