I'm starting my health project to help people feeling better throug training, physical activity, nutrition and sleep quality. HAVING A PURPOSE IS ESSENTIAL.

I've been 11 years teching maths, physics, chemistry and biomechanics. I love this job more and more day by day. CURIOSITY IS A GIFT.

Climbing, running, swimming, hinking or simply lying down on my camper staring into a mountain landscape enjoying calm music make me feel rich. GRATITUDE IS THE KEY.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

8 years ago I made one of my three best decisions ever. This was joining couchsufing. I changed my perception about unknowkn people. And of course, I belive CS has an special energy. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE OTHER TWO DECISITIONS...LET ME NOW ;).

I don't have my own home so I'm not able to host people there. Then I realise I could maybe host in my camper van. So I made it. ¡IF YOU ARE COMING TO BARCELONA JUST ASK ME!

Interessi

I'd like to live as another citizen, not as a tourist. I'd like to share time with locals and other travellers. PEOPLE, NOT PLACES.

Musica, film e libri

▶Music: Avenged Sevenfold, Figa Flawas, Dr. Peacock, Boikot, Oques Grases.
▶Movies: Shingeki No Kyojin, Vindland Saga, Interestelar.
▶Books: actually only reading nutrition and training guides XD.

☃️Crossing the Pyrinees alone on December (sleeping on a tener over the snow and building an iglú by my own).
😵Appear in a hospital on my birthday (for doing too much acrobathics).
🦁Scape from dogs attack over the mountains.
💪Swim 12km / Run 35km / Climb 300meters walls.
🌱Being antiespecist activist for 3 years.
🪜Climb a 160-meter-high radio antenna.
🧘Accomplish a 24h fast during Rammadan in Morocos' Desset / 48h fast in a spiritual retreat.
👴👵 Trainning mor than 60 old people per week.
