About Me
Hi! I grew up in Abruzzo, a marvelous and unspoiled region of Italy, but I've lived in Rome for the last 11 years. I'm in love with this fascinating city!! Here I work with physiotherapy and ostheopathy seeking and spreading well-being, amidst the chaos of modern day life!
I am a friendly and easygoing person who loves to learn and acquire new knowledge. I love happy hours and to go dancing with my friends (never at a disco club). They are my family and I love to cook for them. Sometimes I like to go to bed late and then sleep in late the next morning. Other times I like to get up very early to go hiking, or doing yoga exercices and maditate. I enjoy driving with my friends around Europe without having a rigid plan in place.
A presto!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm really excited to make new friends around the world and share with them the place where I live. I think CS is the perfect answer for people wanting to go and see places without having to follow the same path all tourists take. Here they get to experience also the places their hosts know and frequent in the area. I think this site gives you the ability to find a person who has your shared interests, so it's an opportunity for everyone to best enjoy the place you visit in the best way for you.

Music, Movies, and Books
My father has passed on to me a passion of timeless Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Jethro Tull! But I grew up also with grunge, later on alternating between electronic music, reggae, alternative and progressive rock. Now I'm listening often Beirut, Django Reinhardt, Bonobo, thievery corporation, Aphex twin, MGMT, LCD soundsystem, Antony and the Johnson; but all music is worth hearing : )
My favorite directors are Cohen brothers and Martin Scorsese! The last movie I found innovative and poetic was Birdman. I like going to the cinema, but I am not an expert on that.
About the books, in the last year I've read only books that speak about
Buddhism (I'm really interested in it..), but now I 'm reading a fiction of an Italian author.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too hard of a question....all the things are amazing in life!!! But probably hiking for 5 days in Colombia in rainy season; or traveling solo in West Coast !!!
