About Me

Hello everyone! I am glad to be a part of this movement of couchsurfing.

I could describe myself as enthusiastic, optimistic and persevering girl. I think that I have the ability to find every single good thing of anything when it seems that everything is wrong. It's really hard to see me giving up something that I have already started.

I have always liked traveling, knowing different cultures and sharing experiences with people from around this beautiful and wonderful world. So... we must take care of this! I am also quite ecologist, I always recycle (even when it's not so easy) and take care of the environment. I also try to buy proximity products in the supermarket. My next step is exchange the car for the bike :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to host/couchsurf around the world. I don't have any problems paying for hotels, but it's not nearly as fun living with someone local who can show me the area or provide some guidance.

This is about a shared worldview, about being a participant in a borderless community of like-minded travelers, connecting with people, discovering culture and new ideas, and teaching and learning. It is for travelers and searchers. It is, at its core, for people with a similar vision of how we can connect to one another as humans. It's for people who believe in the fundamental decency of humanity and our ability for everyone to get along – maybe with some small effort. Free rooms are just one of the benefits of a willingness to put your trust in people.

The relationship between surfer and host helps both learn what makes you who you are and what makes other people who they are. We get to learn from each other what makes us unique and similar at the same time. Couchsurfing as a concept is for finding out what you share underneath superficialities like skin color, culture, religion, and language. I'm on here because I want to meet more people who believe in that.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like reading realistic stories about the past. My favorite writer is Khaled Hosseini. I recommend him to everyone willing to discover more from literature.

About music... What could I choose? I really enjoy a wide range of music styles, from rock to reggae. But jazz is... jazz turns me crazy!

Cinema is one of my biggest passions. I love french movies. One of my favorite film directors is Jean-Pierre Jeunet and my favorite films are Slumdog Millionaire, American History X and Inside Out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hope that the most amazing things are coming soon with other CS! I am really enthusiastic about that. But here are two nice experiences I have had:

I joined Doctors Without Borders as a volunteer a summer ago, and it was a really worthing experience.

This last summer I was around easter Europe living amazing experiences and meeting great people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish and Catalan. I can also cook Spanish paella :P - Who doesn't love this?

I am always ready to learn anything! Knowledge is a powerful tool!

I want to share experiences, life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The main reason I am couchsurfing and hosting is to make new friendships from around the world. I have learned from every trip I've made and from every local I have met there. So, I want to continue with this mission! I definitely like people!

I can't stop talking and sharing. It would be a nightmare for me to live alone in a flat. I want to share my experience with the host if he/she wants to. Having a beer together, going for a walk, cooking for him/her... Whatever!
