-- Generic and/or copy/paste requests won't be answered, hence my low answer rate. CS is not a free hotel -- Born and raised in Athens. Recently graduated from my philosophy studies in Leuven, with a specialziation in phenomenological psychopathology. Other things that interest me (philosophically) are political philosophy, gender & feminist studies, and arts (mostly theatre and writing). I travel as much as possible and prefer to "waste" my money on little trips (or concerts) more than anything else. I don't like being around too many people but I also love it in a sense- I can be a rather quiet person but I'm (most of the times) up for trying something new and I thank Couchsurfing because it made me open to all kinds of things and allowed me to have a great time while doing so. I love cinema, literature, and anything gothic-wise - I like exploring cemeteries, caves, abandoned places. I'm also up for more mainstream things if I've never visited the place before!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like exploring different cultures and types of people, I believe CS is a fun way to do it. No matter how many things I read, I always learn something new when getting to meet people with any culture different to mine. Big plus if they're from somewhere completely different or far away. A country is its people and because of that, I like having interaction with anyone who I have common things with where I travel, it's the ultimate experience. I want to be able to find common ground, and most of the people I stayed with were incredible and we managed to have this immediate connection. I've met people on couchsurfing that I would never meet otherwise, and some of them are very good friends of mine, without whom my trips wouldn't have been half as good. It's always a beautiful feeling to come back home and know that there's a person in a country far from you who's your friend ☺
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm into grunge, rock, punk/post punk, dark wave, alternative, progressive and metal.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Attended an actual disco party in a cathedral while travelling with another CSurfer (we didn't even meet there)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my knowledge on art in general but specifically theatre. I'm doing my MA in psychopathological phenomenology and I love talking about philosophy but 1) not always, sometimes it becomes pretentious and tiring, 2)that does not mean I'm an expert or I have an opinion on every topic possible :p I'm open to learning as much as possible, every person has something different to teach.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I'll definitely include you in my schedule so if I'm going out with my friends or at a concert or any kind of activity - you're coming with me and meeting everybody! (seriously no pressure though) I'm not great at cooking but we could make something together
My Interests
I do love philosophy, but what I love more is art- and when I can talk about both of them, you better be sure you wanted to hear it haha. If I'm passionate about something I could talk for hours. I enjoy going on trips, or discovering new places in my country. I like taking photographs, although I've never taken classes. Most of it all, I like learning and listening to other people while putting my thoughts and opinion aside- even if we don't agree in the end.
