About Me
I think I can describe myself as a curious woman of strong passions. I do need to recognize meaning in what I do to be happy.
I recently quited my job as a nurse in a big hospital of Lisbon and moved into an intentional community with my husband where we lived one year, here in Portugal.
Now living in Sintra and very interested in explore more deply how we can suport the construction of more resilient, sustainable, healthy and happy communities.
Somehow yoga is now also part of me :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I quit my job as a nurse and moved into an intentional community, which is also a retreat centre, where I lived one year. An intense and amazing expirience!
I had the chance to participate in a volunteer Project in Mozambique during 1 month. It filled my heart and soul!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My sincere will of develop empathic relationships. Also a beautiful passion for discover the meaning of "be the change that I want to see in the world".
