Esenlikler(TR), Hello, Hallo. I am Önder, who is 32 years old, graduated from Turkish-German high school in Istanbul, studied mechanical engineering, working in marketing in a formwork and scaffolding company remotely currently and will start to study Data Analytics(MBA) in Macromedia University in Munich in middle of March 2024.

Since I have been working in marketing, I can say that I have gained many different skills and also apply them to my social life. I really enjoy what I do. Have been leading marketing and communication activities for our company and its branches, distributors and offices in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Albania, Kosovo, Georgia and Iraq since 6 years. It is my passion to support our sales team by training them and solving the problems effectively, improve our customer experience and implement new marketing and sales management systems and organize vents, workshops, special dinners.

I would describe myself as thoughtful, caring people and animals, friendly, hospitable, social, punctual, well-organized and funny and I always enjoy solving the problems for my friends. I have travelled to Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and also lived in United States for 4-5 months when I was in university.
