I'm a divorced, single Mom who raised two, beautiful, healthy and smart children. In the past, they were my reason to get up in the morning and I believe the reason why I was still breathing here on earth. I am extremely content knowing my adult children are self-sufficient and wanting for nothing. So now, I am in transition, finding what would give me a purposeful life and doing it! Doing more of what makes me happy! I am somewhat free to travel and explore new places, new things and make new friends along the way! (I have a furbaby, my Jack Russell Terrier, Dachshund mix, Lola, my shadow!) I journeyed on two adventures so far, last year and my experiences were very rewarding! I love to drive with my music playing, singing along but for now, I prefer to travel by train. I walk and use my bicycle to get around town where I live. Amtrak passes through my little town and can get me very far for much less than car rental. (I have a valid driver's license but I need to save for a vehicle) I had done some traveling before I started a family and loved it! I always tell people when they get the opportunity to travel they should do it!!! I missed out visiting Hawaii when a friend in high school was living there and that was the one regret in life that I had. Well here's my second chance, finding Couchsurfing on the web! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I need a change of scenery to renew my mind! To get rejuvenated after experiencing new places, sights and sounds, even smells!!!
I love to travel, go sightseeing, take photos, photography is one of my hobbies.
I am a people person and very friendly, kind and considerate of others.
I live on a low budget and I cannot afford hotels, especially if my travels include renting a car since I presently do not own a vehicle.
I'd much rather a quaint B&B or other lodging facility compared to a cold motel/hotel, and I always believed in house exchanges although never experienced either. I believe you can travel on a low budget and the whole concept of Couchsurfing is so positive! Beloved, let us love one another...

I can teach all skincare, make-up, haircare, nailcare and clothing techniques.( I worked in retail over 15 years selling women's clothing, make-up, jewelry, accessories, Mother of Bride gowns, etc. I specialized in plus size clothing and BBW's. ) I can teach piano, ukulele and dance.
I am trained in Color Analysis and can share a Color Consultation to determine which colors are in harmony with your natural coloring.

I can also share a manicure, pedicure, hairstyle, make-up application, facial, scalp treatment/ head massage, or men's haircut.
I can teach conversational Spanish and Italian and how to cook certain meals.
