I love to travel around the world. I visited a lot of different countries and I am going to see more. I studied Social Work and I am interested in a lot of different things - as you can see in "my interests". In Germany you say: "Love goes through the stomach!" That's why cooking for and with other people is a gift I like to share with them. I love to have good conversations, especially about philosophy. Let's add some good wine or beer, a campfire and a guitar and we are ready to enjoy the night till dawn. All in all I like the to end with the Buddhist slogan: “Why worry if you can do something about it; and why worry if you cannot do anything about it”

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
About four years ago I did CS with another friend of mine, and I really love the concept of it. Finally I got my account. At the moment I don't have the possibility to host other people, but when I am back in Germany I would love to.
Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to nearly every music. But most the time I prefer "old" music. At the moment I'm really into Pink Floyd and The Doors. I have a lot of different favorite movies. Here some for example: The Man From Earth, The Dreamer, Once Upon A Time In The Wild West, Oh Brother Where Art Thou, Lord Of The Rings, Stand By Me ... I don't really have a favorite book but I really like the last two I read - River (Donna Milner), Der Papalagi (Erich Scheurmann)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Went on Adams Peak on a Sri Lankan holiday. About 200.000 Pilgrims. A 7 km long queue to the top. Very amazing, but never again :)
