Hello,

I’m Monika from Lithuania and currently travelling in Peru.

I’m a graduate in psychology and worked as a care assistant in a care home before I went away on this journey. I also was volunteering in a suicide hotline.

I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, meeting new people, reading, playing music… I play piano, sing and currently learning djembe witch I really enjoy. I love exploring new cultures and seeing how different people live and think:)

When I'm traveling I'm using couchsurfing because one of the key components of traveling for me is meeting local people and other travelers.

I enjoyed all my couchsurfing experiences both hosting and being hosted.
