About Me
Hello fellow couchsurfers, to make this as short as possible:
Hosting me will be like eating double chocolate cake (with chocolate icing obviously) on the moon with a view down to earth: You will be the first to dive into a seemingly impossible adventure, holding potential of becoming the greatest experience of your life.
We will be sharing great stories, lots of wine and our amazing capability of cooking god-like food (or at least I think it's god-like). Have I mentioned that I am an unimaginably talented singer once my blood is saturated with grape juice?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We have heard so many great stories about CS that we considered it time to become a piece of the puzzle. Inspired by friends this is our time to get to know people who we can share our wit, our ability of holding incredibly deep conversations (doesn't mean we don't enjoy chatting about the weather) and our sense of questionably sarcastic humour with.
Music, Movies, and Books
What we do in the shadows (did you know that vampires have a quotation: - flatting situation in Wellington? Incredible!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
well this is hard not to sound boastful... Ehhhh, once fell asleep on a bus from Munich to Innsbruck and woke up in Venice. That's pretty talented really!
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach English to Austrian children, so I can teach you how to transform into a stunningly glittery unicorn. Or how to wash off tattoos drawn by 10 year old girls. Or how to stop 20 kids aged eight to 16 from making you insane.
Markus can teach you how to say: "Have you seen my pink toothbrush?" in Latin. Very useful to know! Or how to play happy birthday on the piano. We teach very specific things.
I'd love to learn more German. I'm sure Markus would love to learn some French (or maybe not). Or knitting. Or the guitar. Or anything.
We can share friendship. Is there anything better?
What I Can Share with Hosts
(Almost) god-like cooking, wine, some praise for Markus' grandmas "Häkelschweine" (crocheted pig), a lot of stories about why studying in Munich is a terrible idea and great advise on how to counsel a camp full of kids aged 8 to 16.
