I am person who loves to travel (aren't all of us in this platform). Whenever I visit a different country I appreciate when a local can show me around. I appreciate even more if I can stay with a friend for some nights, since travelling is expensive and I prefer to pay for a good beer or a good dish instead. So Couchsurfing can become handy whenever I visit a place where I haven't made friends yet.

What goes around comes around, so I am happy to host people at my place and to show them around. Aside that I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know new places (even in my own country), I've aprreciated a lot when being hosted and wish to return the favor.
