Carole : 27 years old, positive mind is my philosophy, always smiling, I am passionate about travelling and discovery new cultures, new landscapes and new people from around the world. I develop myself through being in contact with people and also with animals, my greatest passion. I practiced for 10 years the horse riding. I miss a lot of not being in contact with animals.

Dimitri : 30 years old, I caught the travel bug when I was 19 and when I decided to go to Scotland to live my first experience abroad and to learn English. I'm an open minded person who loves new experiences and learn every new things that people can teach me. I would describe myself as a serious, conscientious and hard-working person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are French couple looking for a true Canadian experience. After discovering the beautiful city of Montreal since September 2016, where we took our first steps in a very enriching environment. We would like to take every richness of Canada, particularly its authentic environment and discover the way of life of people around us.

We start our travel in Canada from East to West in August 2017 by working as helper's (we work fo 5 hours a day in different places and fields (as farmer, we help for building compost bins, chicken coop, made honey, maple syrup...) Become an helpers is for us the best opportunities to get closer to the nature, the animals and meet new people in order to share unforgettable moments. Of course be part of the couch surfing community is also the best part to meet people on our way in order to learn and share nice moment, and you can also learn more about us (our culture, our french cuisine :-) and many more.

Our goal is to be able to enrich ourselves with the knowledges and experiences from our hosts and other helpers. We can’t imagine our Canadian experience other than by .

I'm living this adventure right now, we quit our job, we bought a car and decided to cross the Canada in order to live the best adventure in our life.
