Originally from Myanmar (Burma), I moved to the U.S. in 2021 and now live with my husband in a small town in Illinois. I got married last year, and my husband Anthony and I are excited to experience Couchsurfing together. Anthony was born and raised in rural Illinois and is very down to earth. We both enjoy simple experiences like trying local food, nature and having good conversations with people from different backgrounds. Couchsurfing has always been a meaningful way for me to connect with people while traveling along the way.
