Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I think it is a great way to get in contact with people. Additionaly it offers the possibility to get much closer to the places you visit.

Interests

I am mostly interested in health and everything which has to do with it. Sports, medicine, biology, nutrition...
I am not one of the kind who is completly crazy about fitness, eating vegan or only vegetables. I think most important is to be awake of what we are eating and what is good for our body and especially what's not. I don't agree with the academic medicine and the way it deals with diseases. I believe that it is possible to help prevent or heal diseases by improving the persons lifestyle individuelly.

Music, Movies, and Books

Actually I don't have a favorite genre when it comes to music. It is more like I am in different phases in which I prefer different kinds of music. But I guess I've listened to every genre throughout the past years.
But if I would have to decide it might be hiphop. It always comes back to me ;)
I really enjoy comedy when it comes to books and movies though.

Teach, Learn, Share

In my studies I've learned a lot about how the body works and especially what to do If somthing's not working how it's supposed to be. I can give you some advice how to relax or show you how to work out properly.
Or if you're interestend in nutrition and healthy lifestyle I would love to share what I know about all this topics.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really like to share stories with other people, just spending time together talking, maybe enjoying a cold beer.... ;))
