I’m a modern primitive, moving often between two very different roads. For work ( coin) I travel building stages for large touring acts. Work for Rolling Stones, U2, AC/DC, Genesis, Metallica, The Police, Johnny Halliday, Chesney, Coldplay and many others. When touring is over I base myself in nature and work and teach primitive skills. Mostly in western USA but just recently returned from week teaching in the heart of pre-history, Les Eyzies, France where I was helping with a Living Wild program. Am a founding member of The Buffalo Bridge project where we work helping Native hunters as they practice their treaty-rights and hunt bison outside Yellowstone National Park. There we volunteer our time to help butcher the animals hunted and practice the craft of scavenger and using the whole of the animal, scraping/tanning hides, preserving meat, using bones etc to craft usable tools and other products out the remains left. I travel wherever I can and teach a range of ancestor skills such as primitive fire with sticks, shelters, hide tanning, wild food and basic connecting and living with the Natural elements.
