About Me

Hey kinda new here 😉
2xVaccinated! 13/05/2021

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend of mine once told me "whenever you visit a place you gotta find time to get lost in it".
And I couldn't agree more, since I can definitely say I'm a traveller more than a tourist and getting lost allows me to find new places, discover new parts of a city thus not getting stuck into all those tourist traps around.
It's a way for keeping it real, to have an authentic experience and Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to do that.
With Couchsurfing you basically have the opportunity to live with a local person in a local house thus allowing you to taste a bit of how it is to live inside the city, leaving aside hotels and stuff, which tipically allow you just to see a facade, what the city itself wants you to see.
And this way you have the chance to make good friends all around the world, share thoughts, experiences and why not? A beer 🍻

Interests

Well, first of all I’m literally addicted to music. I love to sing, write and play piano and guitar. Music is basically life for me.
Then, of course I love traveling. It’s my relief valve, anytime I need some time and space for myself I go somewhere. Walking, exploring, trying new stuff and getting to know new people are just a few of the things I enjoy the most about travelling. I’m a very curious person and I totally feel in my element when traveling.
I grew up in a multi-ethnical environment, my mom's Peruvian and my dad's Lebanese and I guess that's why I've always had a huge interest in languages. In fact I recently got a bachelor in Linguistic Mediation and I’m teaching Chinese privately.
Beside that I enjoy good food, running and having fun with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I said earlier, music is one of my greatest passions. I love to sing, write and play piano and guitar. I listen to a wide range of music genres depending on the mood. I could go from rock and r&b to goa and psy trance. 🎵
My favorite movie is “Into the Wild”, it literally changed my life in some kind of way. It kinda sparked my passion for traveling, roaming around in the wilderness. Since the day I saw that movie I’ve never stopped traveling. It goes without saying that my favorite book is “The Call of the Wild” by Jack London.
Then, I would put “Game of Thrones”, “Shameless” and “South Park” as my top 3 favorite tv shows of all time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh there are way too many ahaha! Nice topic for a conversation😉

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a good cook, I could teach you how to make some Italian food and of course you could teach me some local recipes if you want. 🍝
I speak 6
languages more or less, I recently got a bachelor in Linguistic Mediation, so I could introduce you to some I already know.💬
And of course since I'm a musician I could teach you some stuff about that, I'd be glad to share some of my singing and pianistic skills.🎵
