About Me

Hi,

I am Jairo Mejia, I am from Colombia and right now I live in Dresden, Germany because I got the chance to make an exchange here for a year. I am a very dedicated student and I like talking a lot about different topics. When I got the change to come to Germany, it was my first time outside of Colombia so I would like to take advantage of this opportunity and know a lot of different places around the world in special Europe.

I am very friendly and try always to make friends in every city that I visit. I like the tenis, playing videogames, reading books and learning Languages. I am an organized guy, I have never smoked and as the most Latinoamericans I like going to parties and dancing. One of my goals in this trip is to improve my German and my English and to have the chance to see playing Roger Federer in an ATP tournament.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about the idea of Couchsurfing and I like a lot, I think that it is the best way to know people with the same idea of life and we can help each other. Colombia is cheaper than Europe, that's why I have to spend little money here. For this reason Couchsurfing is also a chance to achieve my goal to travel in Europe for a reasonable price.
