OSAMA ABU NAWWAS was born on July 19th 1993 In Amman-Jordan. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Disaster Management from Al-Balqa Applied University- Prince Al Hussain Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection in 2015. He joined the Faculty of Medicine-Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA) since 2016 and joined as a Master's Degree in the field of Public Health (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment). He has many local and international courses, workshops, certificates, trainings and activities in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, Disaster Management, Human Resources, International First Aid and Public Health. He also holds two Advance diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) -Industry & Constraction from International Association of Safety Professionals (NASP/IASP) and Vocational Training Corporation-Jordanian Ministry of Labor (VTC-OSHI). He Obtained the NEBOSH Aword level in health and safety at work (HSW) from The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH-UK) in 2014. He got OSH supervisor level from the International Labor Organization (ILO-ITC) in 2016. He has been trained from the General Directorate of Civil Defense in 2014 on the practices of rescue, evacuation and displacement.Two years of working experience in the field of OSH (HSE Senior) in Jordan Sweden Medical & Sterilization Company (JOSWE). Osama participated as a speaker, presenter, organizer and moderator in five conferences pursuing his master degree in Kuala Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. He has won three gold medals as best presenter award, one silver medal and entrepreneur researcher shield for his participation in these conferences. Author and co-author of (8) published scientific articles. In addition, he wrote and published a book titled: “Health Care and the Challenges of the Psychological Effects and Its Reflections, (An Analytical Study)-(For Concepts, Elements, Dimensions, Findings and Recommendations)”. Finally, Osama is a member of six International and Local Associations.
