Hello there!

My name is Koen. If you're not exactly sure how to pronounce that, I really like the Coen brothers option!

I'm a 26 year old student from the Netherlands. I guess you could describe my personality as laid-back and more calm and collective, listening type.

In my spare time I enjoy chilling with friends, playing a video game or 2, visiting the movies and doing some self-education.
Yet somehow I still manage to be quite the sporty person also enjoying fitness, swimming, and pretty much every other sport with a ball.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I will be travelling through Europe with an Interrail ticket for a month with my great friend Thomas.
And we thought Couchsurfing would be a neat addition to our lightweight tent and various hostels.
Et voilà 2 rookie cs members going on an adventure!

Current Plans are to visit France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and the Czech Republic.
But I can imagine that number will be even bigger by the end of the trip!

I also hope Couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people abroad.

I have a very broad taste in music.
Theres not a whole lot of music genres that I dislike. Except for maybe Country, Club-House and our local Folk singers haha!

My favourite writers are J.R.R. Tolkien and George R.R. Martin.

I'm also a big fan of movies and series.

I've spent 3 months near Cape Town South Africa last summer. Where I got to see many amazing things and meet allot of awesome people.
