Mark Ramer is a managing partner, alongside Michael Saperstein, at Ramer & Saperstein, a multi-generational real estate firm based in New York. Besides this position, Ramer also presides over the Jewish Center of Atlantic Beach and J.C.C. Global. Besides, Ramer serves as the director of the Israeli Air Force Center Foundation while he is also a board member of the Jewish Education Project.

Ramer is Poland-born and has also resided in Italy and Israel before his immigration to the United States in 1966. He is a 1972 graduate from Queens College where he holds a B.A. and a 1976 graduate from NYU Dental School where he holds a D.D.S.

Prior to his entry into the real estate industry, Ramer served as a dentist in Rego Park. He also presided over the Schechter Day School situated in Lawrence for a period of fifteen years. Ever since 1986, he has been serving in the real estate business in New York City

Ramer is a husband and a father of three children. His wife Naomi who is a pathologist is the current head of the Oral and Maxillo Facial, a program based at Mt. Sinai. His three children are named Adi, Yael, and llana. He currently has a unique one-year program, sponsored under his name, which trains students who have graduated at Yeshiva University in marketing and fundraising. Ramer and his family are currently residing in Long Island in New York City.

At Ramer & Saperstein, he is the person tasked with managing the company operations.

Michael Saperstein

Like Mark Ramer and Michael Saperstein also serves as a managing partner at Ramer & Saperstein company which is a multi-generational real estate firm based in New York that specializes in notes purchase, unsold co-op shares, condo units and value-add investments for multifamily. Saperstein's role in the company includes being in charge of company acquisition and capital markets.

Saperstein was born in 1951 and is currently 67 years old. He is a Middle Eastern American who has previously resided in Rego Park and Brooklyn, both located in New York City.

He is a current resident in Hewlett, also in New York City. Prior to his entry into the real estate industry, Saperstein served as a dentist and, like Ramer, he is also a B.A. holder from Brooklyn College and a D.D.S. holder from NYU Dental School. Together with Mark Ramer, Saperstein has been in the real estate business for more than thirty years.

Saperstein is a married person and a father. Two of his children serve alongside him at Ramer & Saperstein. These are Eytan Saperstein and Ben Saperstein. Eytan Saperstein is a holder of B.A. and M.S. in real estate development from Tufts University and NYU respectively. At Ramer & Saperstein, he holds the position of the VP of acquisitions. Ben Saperstein, on the other hand, is the holder of B.A. and M.S. in construction management from Tufts University and NYU respectively. At Ramer & Saperstein, he currently holds the position of the VP for construction.
