About Me

Ciao!

I am a 26 year old anthropology graduate. Born and raised in Italy, in a beautiful town facing the lake Maggiore, Verbania. Truly wonderful place, but a bit boring for free spirits like me, so I moved to London when was 19 and I have been living, working and studying and enjoying life there ever since.

Very likely to be related to Danny De Vito, who I have met once, had a conversation with and he believes that we can be cousins XD

I am an easy going, laid back, funny and creative human being. The perfect guest/host ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like travelling and meeting new people, to inspire and get inspired.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all sorts of music, what I listen to really depends on my mood.
I am a listener of good music, which genres can vary from rock to pop, from classical to reggae.
Current favourites: St. Vincent, Childish Gambino.
I like listening to Claude Debussy when I am reading. I turn on BBC radio 6 when I wake up in the morning, to discover new music and listening to the news. I am a fan of The Doors.
I just avoid listening to death metal, it just does not do it for me (sorry metal heads, please don't head-bang against the wall for this).

My favourite book: "This is going to hurt", by Adam Kay. No books in the world has ever made me laugh soooooo much. Simply hilarious.

I like all sort of movies, particularly the ones with a massive twist at the end, that make you go like "I did not see that coming"!!! Favourite director: Quentin Tarantino

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done a few incredible things.. which I can tell you more about when we meet face to face ;)

The most in incredible one so far was probably volunteering in a rural village in Tanzania, last summer.. I was teaching english to disadvanted children. It was an amazing experience which I recommend to everyone.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you italian, english, singing, ukulele, cooking stuff, anthropology anecdotes.
Learn about culture, new languages and everything you've got to offer!
I am very curious and knowledge-thirsty.
I like sharing drinks and chat about things, life, experiences and non-sense, as well as sharing adventures and going to new places.
