I am a pretty easy going and open person. I love to meet new people and share ideas and experiences. I teach high school social studies at an American school in Tangier, Morocco and am originally from Oregon in the USA. I feel very fortunate for the life I have. Meeting new people is easy and fun here (with the help of Couchsurfing, of course). I think traveling is an opportunity that is a priceless way of learning about ourselves, others, and the world. Right now my goal is to live a peaceful and healthy life with respect to all people regardless of our different backgrounds and cultures. I want to understand people and different cultures. With each new experience comes realizations and a better path. I hope to meet you as one of us is traveling around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to open my home to people who are visiting Tangier. I love sharing with people and having cultural exchanges. A night spent cooking with a bottle of wine, at the beach, on a hike or exploring the city with another couchsurfer is the best feeling. Also, when we have the opportunity to travel would love the opportunity to stay with fellow Couchsurfers.
