Overview
About Me
Hello, my name is Hajar. I'm Moroccan and very flexible to other cultures. I like to learn new things and be femiliar with different cultures. I like to meet up with new people and learn new languages. The good thing about me is being possitive and motivated most of the time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to host people so that I can get to know more people. More friendship, more cultures and languages. I'm very interested in learning more lanuages.
Interests
I like listening to music, travel, hangout with my friends and do things that will make me smile; either by helping people or telling a joke or solving a problem or even listening to someone who needs to talk.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like to listen to music a lot because it helps both in learning new words and it makes me feel good. I also love watching movies because through them; we can see cultures of other countries as well as the learning side.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The one amazing thing I have ever done is achieving my dreams. It doesn't matter when or where or how; what matters the most is how much do you want it. I have learnt to answer this question while trying to achieve my dreams. There could be millions of ways and tips to reach that thing, but if you don't want it that much, you will never get there no matter what. "The will" I have learnt to always say: " I can because I want".
Years ago, I dreamed of speaking English. I really really wanted to speak a fluent English like an Native. It was just a dream for me. I never thought that one day, I would speak English to the extent that I was speaking Arabic with an English accent pretending to speak English. In fact, it was just Arabic. Years later, I spoke a fluent English that made Americans ask me If I used to live in the US. Not only that, I also got a bachelor in English studies. Later on; I wanted to visit Turkey. It was like a dream for me. I could see it just through movies and series. I did it. I visited Turkey and lived there for a while. Then I wanted to speak Turkish. I dreamed of speaking a fluent Turkish just like in movies. it was just a dream for me that I never thought it would come to reality. I do speak Turkish just like any other Turkish person. I still need to learn a lot of things; but what matters is that I do speak Turkish. I never took classes to learn Turkish or English. I thought myself. I found ways because I really wanted it so bad. I challenge myself to achieve every single dream I have. I still have dreams and I will achieve them all. It may and it will for sure take time, but it will come true one day.
