I believe that life is meant to be lived. That is why I worked hard to give myself the flexibility I need to let go of the nine-to-five schedule. Now, I am able to work remotely while traveling the world. This gives me the ability to earn money, provide meaningful contributions, and still expand my horizons on a daily basis.

Before making this change, I lived in San Diego for seven years. However, I have always been something of a world traveler. I was born and raised in Ukraine. I am currently located in Turkey, but I am eager to see what new destinations the future has in store for me.

Couchsurfing is fully compatible with the way I live my life. I love travel, and I love people. For me, these two things are inextricably linked. Through the Couchsurfing platform, I am able to embrace and explore both things. It is my goal to continue traveling the world, and it is my hope to make new connections along the way. Because I believe that life should be reciprocal, I am a ready and willing host as well. Only through these kinds of connections can we make the world a smaller and better place!

My interests tend to be eclectic. I prefer artistic pursuits that are off the beaten path. Whenever I visit an area, I am drawn to the underground art and music scene.

I've been a lot of places and seen a lot of things, so this one is hard! However, one feat that is hard to beat is summiting the Rainbow Mountain. Located in Peru, this mountain reaches 17,060 feet. I have traveled widely in my life, but this was the first time I traveled so high!
