Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I can make friends and connections. I have experience as a tourist guide in Manaus. I've already worked in Brasília and Rio de Janeiro during the Brazil World Cup. Likewise, I have expertise in English and Spanish. I can teach you too. If you would like to know about the Amazon rainforest, I'd love to help you.
I'm developing my book about language learning.
The preface:

Do you want to know a secret? I will tell you a secret! In order for you to really be able to learn a new language, you need to teach your brain how to work with a new language! That's the secret! This is the starting point for you to program your brain! to make your brain work that way! It could take years or not until you get it! However, some people have learned the language by living, listening, and repeating the words every day in a new country, while others are reading, listening to music, trying to memorize their favorite song, Imagine in your head that every single word of that song was made for you! Use every word to express yourself in someone else's native language! There are thousands of beautiful songs with thousands of phrases and sentences! Use them to talk! Do like Kurt said: when inviting a friend, say, "Come as you are, as you were, as a friend!" Living the language every day is important, but the most important thing is to discover this trick! There are several methods like this! Each head thinks differently! Unfortunately, no master will teach all his tricks to the apprentice! No one will teach you this for free! Because it took a lot of work to discover this secret! However, I can teach you the first trick of about 100 steps to understanding the language! First, you need to realize that, although to one's brain, it may seem primitive, to others, it seems to flow very quickly.
It breaks down like this: Choose your favorite character, writer, or song after memorizing every word you choose. It can be music, poetry, or text. Choose a time before you go to sleep to practice because it works best before bed, so repeat each favorite word of your choice for an hour, no matter if you're pronouncing it wrong. So, after a week, all that will be memorized in your mind! How to apply all this in a conversation with a native speaker: You will choose short sentences with sentences like this! I've been to Europe. I've been to the Louvre, the coliseum, and the Parthenon. The native European will ask what you felt.? You could say the Louvre is a place that makes me imagine not being able to feel the Renaissance until after the French Revolution. The Colosseum makes me feel as if I were a medieval citizen for a while. The Parthenon reminds me how I could be and live in civilization without reasoning, logic, and poetry! You need to speak the new language logically so you will know what you are talking about! Memorize, and you need to speak the new language logically so you know what you are talking about! Memorize and repeat all your texts, poems, and songs, and use a few sentences with a native speaker. That way, after a while, those words will be easier to understand and pronounce.
I can teach you that way, too! You need to imagine in your mind that in order to learn a new lesson in school or college, it doesn't matter if you know a little or not about what you are willing to learn, whether it's chemistry, physics, math, or a new language! Unfortunately, no one is born knowing everything! Learning is an ongoing act! There are goals and steps to follow. If you don't follow these, then you won't learn well! Notice that sentences are always repeated, like "Good morning!" How are you? Or how long will you stay in town for? Do you know what they call a quarter-pounder with cheese in Paris? and so on! Memorize them! Choose your favorite video, poem, or audio, then translate it into the language that you want to learn! Copy the subtitles of the language that you want to learn, then just repeat the words or the native audition every day until you memorize it! Try it this way: the new language will always be in your memory so you can speak it! When you discover a new language, the doors to a new world will open up inside your mind! It will seem that there is a parallel universe inside your mind! Here is a short list of little things that bring me happiness inside my parallel universe inside my mind: sourdough bread, elderflower soda, reading a good fiction novel, getting a window seat on an airplane, horseback riding, working with plants, the environment, swimming, hiking, writing poetry, exploring cities, learning folklore, history and meeting new people and creating new characters.
Sometimes, I'm talking to my mom in Portuguese, and at the same time, I'm thinking about and remembering a conversation that I had with a friend in English. It's amazing how our brain can memorize every word we say!
I tried to translate some words that don't make sense in Portuguese. This is a fun way to learn, too! The answer to that question, and this method of absorbing the language and never forgetting it, costs a million dollars! Anyone who speaks more than one language fluently knows this secret! Truth! I spent years trying to learn English! I'm trying an English class! But when the English classes were over, I forgot everything! Because I wasn't living it intensely, like my mother tongue! So, I realized that my English teacher wasn't teaching me all the techniques she learned or developed during her training! So, this motivated me to seek more techniques to develop my own knowledge! Then, one day, I had an idea running through my head! This idea felt like a cannonball breaking through the walls of my brain! I'm going to build an abstract world in English inside my mind! Since that day, my life has changed forever! Actually, I've been trying to develop my own techniques to learn everyone's language. I've been learning a lot of psychology techniques. I have been trying to memorize some kind of lesson because I need to teach my mind or my brain in the same way as a system programmer works! learning, programming every single word every single day inside my mind! You can do it for yourself. It's the only way you have to memorize it and never forget! Make up your mind! Build a new world inside your mind, too! In this new world, you can be whoever you want! You will learn new words, new characters, and new feelings! New thoughts, new dreams! The important thing is to be a good listener! It is by listening that the baby will learn to speak! In this new world, he is discovering! So the baby would repeat what he heard, saying it was wrong and funny! After a while, he will understand the meaning of what he said! Be like him too! Listen, repeat, and understand! Again! The change starts in your mind! Time served on earth doesn't mean you grow in mind. This is a wake-up call. How many times will you learn the same lesson? Change what's been programmed inside your mind! Feed your mind!
"Carpe Diem! Seize the day.
