Hi! I'm Bálint, a 36-year-old landscape architect from Hungary. I love nature and being active outdoors, with snorkeling being one of my biggest passions. My friend Rezső, who's 37 and works in IT, and I are planning our next trip to Spain, where we'll spend half a week in Barcelona and the other half in Mallorca. We're both open to new experiences and enjoy discovering new countries, landscapes, and cultures, as well as exploring unique city sights. While we're nature lovers at heart, we also appreciate a good get-together with friends or an evening out on the town.

I've always been intrigued by the Couchsurfing lifestyle, as it offers not just a place to stay but an opportunity to build international connections, learn about new cultures, and see the world through the eyes of locals. I'm especially excited about city sightseeing, as I love uncovering hidden gems and historical landmarks. At the same time, we respect our hosts' personal space and are completely independent, so you won't need to worry about us clinging to you. We're happy to chat and share experiences, but we also understand if you have your own schedule and need your own time. Couchsurfing for me is a great way to enhance my travels with meaningful human connections, making the experience much richer than just being a tourist.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a true music enthusiast with a taste that spans a wide array of genres. I believe there's something to love in every style, but I find myself particularly drawn to pop and rock music. Sometimes, nothing relaxes me quite like a beautiful classical piece, with composers like Chopin providing the perfect backdrop. Some of my all-time favorites include the legendary Queen and the powerful Linkin Park. Whether I'm in the mood for an upbeat pop anthem or an intense rock ballad, I appreciate music that resonates with emotion and energy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, while riding, I had an exhilarating experience when I managed to catch a galloping runaway horse that had escaped from one of our friends. It was a thrilling moment, and I felt a rush of adrenaline as I brought the horse back safely to our group.

My friend Rezső is also quite remarkable; he frequently donates and engages in charitable activities. His generosity and commitment to helping others inspire me to contribute positively to our community as well.

I’m really into technology and love keeping up with the latest trends, especially in sustainable design. I’m always up for learning new skills, whether it’s mastering design software or exploring cool landscaping techniques.
