My name is Belle, I’m from Taiwan 🇹🇼 and this is my first time using Couchsurfing! My mother tongue is Chinese, but I’m comfortable communicating in English too.

I studied landscape and recreation as my major, so I naturally love the outdoors, nature, and exploring new places. I once joined an exchange program in China and traveled to more than 20 cities there—it made me fall in love with discovering different cultures. My dream is to travel around the world! 🌍✨

This summer I worked in Alaska as a cook, and I really enjoyed it. Cooking is one of my passions—I’d be happy to share some homemade Asian meals or other delicious dishes with you if I stay at your place 🍜🥢.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I really enjoy volunteering and helping others. Every year during the Lunar New Year, I exchange food and stories with homeless people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I worked as an elementary school teacher in Taiwan for two years. I can teach simple Chinese, and I’d love to share my travel stories and Taiwanese food.🥢🍲
