I’ve loved traveling since ever and over the years it has become much more than just visiting new places. Thanks to my academic background in international relations and sociology, I now travel with a more critical and curious eye, always trying to understand the world better through real-life experiences. I’m especially passionate about discovering new cultures, talking to people from different backgrounds and learning about local realities. I’m also very interested in politics and social issues, especially in areas affected by crisis or tensions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I love meeting people in a real and authentic way, beyond the usual tourist experience. For me, traveling means listening to people’s stories, understanding how they live and discovering different perspectives. I believe the best way to learn about a place is through its people and Couchsurfing is the perfect way to do that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in Greece with an NGO supporting refugees and asylum seekers was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It’s hard to describe it simply as “amazing”, I witnessed heartbreaking situations and human rights violations that deeply impacted me. That experience strengthened my passion for migration studies, humanitarian issues and political fights. It reminded me why it’s important to listen, learn and always stay human. We are all migrant souls is my motto!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m very talkative so I’m always happy to share good conversation and company. Whether it’s over a walk, a meal or just hanging out, I love connecting with people and exchanging stories, ideas, and laughs. If you’re interested in languages, I can also help with Italian, German or English or even cook a simple Italian meal together (maybe pizza😍).
