I truly believe in the power of compassion and love!
We have to love ourselves to be able to give love to others and feel the love they give us! we have to be sane and healthy to be able to take care of others and ourselves and enjoy life! Nothing can sustain without truth and we need to be able to look deep inside us and accept the shadows we may carry around inside to overcome barriers, to work towards a more compassionate and kind future where we realize how EVERYTHING is connected.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in the power of connection. I believe in the power of dismantling capitalism. I believe in the power of sharing and in the power of learning from one another. Couchsurfing is the perfect tool for all of this!

Interests

my son pan (which means god of nature), my daughter narumi (growing beauty and seeker of truth in japanese) different cultures and rituals especially rituals for women, home/un schooling, eating organic, local and happy food, making chocolate, deep refreshing talks with friends or playing music together, watching good movies which change me in some kind of way or listening to wonderful music and reading great books while sipping nice tea... DANCING!!! Nature, self sufficient and sustainable farming (f.e. perma culture), harm reduction, somatics, anti-stigma work, social justice & restorative justice....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one summer i hitchhiked from austria through italy, france and spain to portugal with three amazing friends and this month was full of great experiences...extraordinary sleeping places, extremely nice people, lonesome beaches, great music ...

AND: my pregnancy, our births and seeing my children grow!!!
